#06071 Lady with Glasses and Halverson Case 1/4 plate
daguerreotype of a middle aged lady wearing a fancy
dress, lots of jewelry including a pocket watch tucked
into her waist belt. She wears glasses and holds a
Halverson case in her hand. Contained in a
thermoplastic case which is missing a hinge so that the
two pieces are separated. The case is actually a hard to
come by design “The Lords Prayer“. When viewed at an
angle a couple of horizontal scratches can be seen. They
must have been done when the plate was buffed. $375.00
