#07044 High Collar and a Kind Face – ¼ plate
daguerreotype of a middle-aged man with close
cropped beard and wearing a very wide and tight
black tie. Might he be a minister? A couple mold
spiders are present on the plate. Contained in the
scarce thermoplastic case “Basket of Fruits and
Vegetables”. One corner of the case is slightly
chipped, otherwise it’s in excellent condition.
