#07151 American Country Life Rare Union Half Plate Case with
Family Tintype – “American Country Life – Summer’s Evening”
thermoplastic half-plate case, considered to be one of the finest case
designs. This is the earlier version of this design, without the border
around the edge. The case contains a sharp tintype of a young couple
with a son and a toddler daughter seated in front of a nature scene
painted backdrop. One hinge of the case is a little loose, and one corner
is slightly chipped. Otherwise it’s in excellent condition. $330.00
