daguerreotype of two seated young men. The taller gent on
the left wears a suit and leans slightly away from the camera.
The young man on the right has a hint of a mustache and
wears his neatly pressed military frock coat with brass so
bright that each button has a tiny blue solarization. The
bottom of the case reads "January 1856." A beautiful image
that comes with a Forget me Not Album full of poems and
autographs. The sitters are not identified. $1250
