#11136 Jacob Yoes  U.S. Marshal who set up the Daltons.  
April 1, 1891, Western District of Arkansas, form for “Fees of
Jurors” signed by Yoes.  Also signed by Stephen Wheeler as
Clerk of Court, and William H.H. Clayton as U.S. District
Attorney.  Yoes learned of the plans of the Dalton gang
attempt the robbery of a Bank at Coffeyville, Kansas and set a
trap for them.  four were shot to death and Emmett Dalton was
wounded, captured, and served a prison sentence.  Wheeler
was a long time clerk in Parker court and Arkansas Militia
General.    $125
