11307 Double Armed Rebel 1/6 plate ruby
ambrotype of a determined confederate
wearing a classic battle shirt, pistol in belt
and bearing his musket. He also has an 1839
pattern US belt plate and eagle breastplate.  
Perhaps from Mexican war service or
battlefield pick up. A nifty dark hat is a nice
compliment to his scruffy chin whiskers.  
Beautiful condition in a thermoplastic case
that has a small chip at the clasp.  $5250
