11322 Sergeant Allen Dickinson 42nd Ohio
1/9 plate tintype of a man identified behind the
image as Allen Dickinson. He enlisted as a
corporal in 1861 and was placed into the Ohio
42nd Infantry. He was promoted to sergeant
level in 1862 and died of disease at home in
1863. In this image his hair is neatly styled and
he stares moodily towards the camera. $295
