Blair Jr and staff. The Library of Congress indicates this photo is a Brady but
it is unmarked. The mount edge is toned and the bottom right corner is damp
stained. The photo itself is quite nice. Other in the photo include: Captain
Kussock, Colonel Welcher, Captain Steele, Captain Henley, Major Tompkins,
Captain Roberts, Captain Ware, Lieutenant Towne, Major Boucher, General
