of Pickett’s charge at Gettysburg July 3, 1863 where Webb was wounded
leading his men. He received the Medal of Honor for his heroic action
there. Brig. Gen. Alexander S. Webb has signed a 8 ½” X 5 ½” receipt
from Eimer and Amend, Importers and Manufacturers of Chemicals,
and apparatus for chemists and assayers.” $125
