purchase. For those who prefer the phone feel free to call 9a.m. -

2. We will confirm the availability of the item and provide you the
shipping cost. Insurance is optional but recommended. We cannot be
responsible for replacement of uninsured items.

A. Type of card (V or M)
B. Card number.
C. Expiration date.
D. Name as it exactly appears on your card.
E. Turn card over and give the LAST THREE NUMBERS ONLY
from number that appears on the signature strip.
F. Your billing address for the credit card, and
G. Your shipping address (only if different from the billing address.
